Thomas McConkie

Thomas McConkie is the founder of Lower Lights, a Wisdom school dedicated to restoring the contemplative dimension of the gospel in everyday worship. With deep roots in the Latter-day Saint tradition, his faith is also informed by over 25 years of Buddhist meditation and contemplative prayer. He is the author of “At-One-Ment: Embodying the Fullness of Human Divinity” and "Navigating Mormon Faith Crisis: A Simple Developmental Map." He recently completed a master's thesis on transformative spiritual practice at Harvard University, where he was accompanied by his wife, Gloria, two children and rescue dog.
